Art City prides itself in offering workshops with guest professional and community artists from Winnipeg, across Canada, and from around the world.

Professional Artists

Every year, Art City hosts a series of professional artists to conduct week-long workshops. Guest artists facilitate workshops in a variety of art media including drawing, painting, sculpture, drama, dance, photography, pottery, textile art, audio art, video, and music.

Community Artists

Art City supports the inner-city community by offering opportunities for artists to teach 1 to 3 day workshops. Past workshops have included tile mosaic, soapstone carving, bannock making, dream catchers, decorative clocks, print-making, and much more.

All Professional and Community guest artists receive support from our Studio Director as well as our skilled team of Workshop Facilitators.
