Art City operates on a drop-in basis, facilitating art workshops in a variety of art media including drawing, painting, screen-printing, sculpture, clay, hip-hop dance, music, video, and more. Free for all ages.

Digital Photography
Mondays 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A digital photography program in which participants learn how to operate a digital camera, take digital photographs, then manipulate the images on a computer. Free for all ages.
Digital Art
Wednesdays 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Create and curate your own online art gallery! Learn the ins and outs of Adobe Creative and Production Suites to create and customize photos, illustrations, animation, video and web pages. Compose and record your own hit single with Garageband, Reason, Logic, Pure Data and more. Free for all ages.
Photography
Wednesdays 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A traditional black and white photography program in which participants learn how to use a camera, develop film in our darkroom, and more. Free for all ages.
Cameras and film are supplied.

Like to get messy? Come downstairs to our pottery studio and immerse yourself in the clay experience! Create slab built tiles and boxes, throw on the wheel to make your own functional bowls and cups…anything you can imagine! We have an awesome selection of clays, slips, and, glazes. Our instructor will demonstrate a new technique each week, including slab building, figure sculpting, wheel throwing, slip casting, and mold making. All work is fired on site in our electric kiln, and participants are able to take home anything they make. All pottery programs are free of charge.
Off-Site Programming and Special Events
Art City provides art facilitation for off-site programming and special events for community agencies, organizations, and alternative schools. Programming is available in a wide variety of art media. There is a nominal fee for these workshops.
