Community Artists Series 2010
Art City is looking for creative individuals who live in Winnipeg’s inner-city neighbourhoods to instruct art workshops for our 2010 Community Artist Series.
Art City is currently accepting Community Artist Series workshop proposals for our all ages drop in studio, Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Workshops should be geared to children and youth ranging from 6 to 15 years of age, though still be suitable for all ages.
Workshops can be for 1, 2, or 3 days.
Community Artists will receive a $25/hour artist fee.
Community Artists will receive assistance from Art City staff and volunteers during workshop.
All submissions must include the following:
- Contact information.
- Title and short description of the workshop.
- Supply list.
- Resume, if available.

Please submit workshop proposals to Art City by email at artcity@mts.net, mail to: Art City, 616 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 0W8, or deliver in person to Art City between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please mark proposals: Attention: Eddie Ayoub, Program Director.
Selected artists will be asked to provide a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check that will be paid for by Art City.
